What is your Return Policy?

Frequently asked questions

Selah Roi does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on print planners, digital products, or our poem collection. Due to the custom and digital nature of these items, all sales are final.
If your planner arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact rachael@selahroi.com within 14 days of your planner shipment date so we can assist with a replacement. We want to make sure your planner arrives as beautiful as it’s intended to be!

What app do I need to use the Selah Roi Digital Planner?

The Selah Roi Digital Planner is a hyperlinked PDF that works with a variety of note-taking and PDF annotation apps. We recommend CollaNote, a free app that works well with digital planners, but you may use whichever compatible app you prefer.
